A gate-guarded man-made island on McKenzie Lake in SE Calgary. My employer of the time, Jayman MasterBUILT had the exclusive on the entire project. The Island was developed by Carma Developers, which is now know as Brookfield Residential.

I had the opportunity to work with each purchaser in custom designing their special homes. It was a fun experience and I met some wonderful people in the process.

This included the flanking homes on the mainland on each side of the entrance, designing them in such a way as to frame the entrance.
