The Genoa

A showhome which I designed for my employer Landmark Homes in the south east Calgary community of Riverstone. These showhomes were built in 2011 and opened in 2012. There was a parade of 6 showhomes with two built by each builder.

This home was a SAM Award finalist for 2012.

This model was a Shingle style two story and although it was 3064 Sq.Ft.

The beautiful Interior Design was done by Glenda Bourk Interior Design and the coastal style was suggested by David Allan who designed the interior spaces with that style in mind.
